This is an opportunity for you to
play alongside your little one, as you
shadow your child and explore the gym together. This encourages every tiny tumbler to run, jump and swing to get their wiggles out! PLUS... This also helps in introducing your future gold medalists to the wonderful world of gymnastics!

Boys and Girls
Ages 3-4
These classes are 50 minutes in length and make your child’s introduction to gymnastics FUN!
Classes are taught in a circuit program to keep everyone moving.
The little gymnasts work on all Olympic events, gaining confidence and listening skills, improving agility, flexibility and coordination.

Girls Gymnastics
Beginner Levels
Little Shots (Ages 5 & 6) and Big Shots (Ages 7+)
This is our introductory class for girls gymnastics.
These classes cover skill and technique on vault, bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
Fun themes and a rotating curriculum keep these classes fresh and fun!
Intermediate Level
Super Shots (6+)
This class is one hour and thirty minutes and is the last step before joining Team SEGA.
The practices are structured like Team Practices which
incorporate a conditioning program.
This class is by Invitation only.

Boys Gymnastics
Beginner Levels
Beastie Boys (Ages 5 – 6) and Tough Guys (Ages 7+)
We train the young gymnasts on Rings, P-bars, Floor, Bar, and Vault. Special emphasis is placed on strength training and rope climbing. This is a great introductory course that challenges young boys and gives them goals to put their energy into.
Advanced Boys
Ages 6+
This class is one hour and thirty minute class is the last step before joining Boys Team. The practices are structured like Team Practices which incorporate a conditioning program.

Coed Gymnastics
Homeschool (Ages 5+)
This our beginning level gymnastics class. It covers all of the Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor) and also has fun on the trampoline and in the pit on special weeks. When boys are in the group, the class may visit rings, parallel bars, and high bar. This is our introductory class for gymnastics.
Floor Tumbling (Ages 5+)
This class is aimed at developing the tumbling skills needed in todays
cheerleading. This one hour class will cover fundamental and advanced
tumbling with emphasis on back tumbling.

Birthday Parties
SEGA will host a party in the gym!
You will have 1 hour on the gym floor for all the fun and games! You then will have 45 minutes in the party room for all your cake eating needs!
You bring: Party food and drinks, plastic and tableware... and don't forget the candles!
Up to 30 guests (Ages 4 – 13)
Please speak to management regarding children under four.
Party cost: $250

SUMMER CAMPS!
Pre-school Mini Camp
This is a half day camp (9-11:30am) for boys and girls ages 3&4 (must be potty trained) and focuses on gymnastics and fun. Campers will experience new skills, play games, jump on our different trampolines, climb cargo nets, swing on ropes, and play in the pit. Special show on Friday.
Wear leotard or T-shirt and shorts.

Full Day Camps
Mon-Friday 9-2pm Boys & Girls Ages 5-12
Our day camps include a fun filled week for your child! They will climb ropes, jump on the trampoline, and have gymnastics rotations everyday.
Their days will be spent getting exercise, playing group games, making crafts, and cooling off on our giant water slide. Parents are invited to come in on the last day of camp to see what skills the kids have been working on.

Pricing - 2024
Half day camps - (Ages 3-4) is $140 for the week.
All day Camps - (Ages 5+)are $225 for the week.
